Ryan LeVin, 36, will spend two years under house arrest in his parents’ oceanside condominium.
Not sure why he didn’t get jail time AND had to pay restitution. That was left unanswered. But now I know to avoid “Jewels by Park Lane”, the source of this douchebag’s inherited wealth.
But at least his lawyer says ”He understands now how he has to stay out of trouble. I think this time around was a real eye-opener.” Yes…maybe killing a couple of guys and years of driving violations finally has opened his eyes.

LeVin’s Attorney is David Bogenschutz. Broward Circuit Judge Barbara McCarthy was the judge in this case that allowed the lenient sentence for Ryan LeVin.
It turns out that David Bogenschutz was Judge Barbara McCarthy’s deputy campaign treasurer for her 2010 election.
Hmmmmm…I wondered how that wasn’t mentioned?
